Erin's Kitchen Chair
My assignment project for a music technology in education class. I had to record several sounds from one object. I chose the kitchen chair my youngest daughter sits in.
Then I used EQ and effects to make them sound more like actual drums. To create an added effect, I took the seat scrape sound and repeated it, then raised each segment +1 in pitch to achieve that ascending sound.
I arranged all the sounds into a beat, then added 2 loops from the loop library to make it sound more like a full song.
